Father's Day

Hey Guys!!

I was making a card for my dad's birthday and my fiance said it didn't look like my dad so I decided to make it a father's day card instead. I made it into a Father's day card for my Father In Law. I am really liking the way it turned out. You have to know that the original idea is not mine, I found it on a search for man birthday cards. The original is from Amanda's Scraps and more. 

Here is the card:

It is an A2 card and I used Just Because Cards cartridge for the truck and the circle it's in. The stamp is from Emma over at Creative Time For Me using "Your my best buddy" set.

My Creative Time's Throwback Thursday Challenge

Hello All!! Thank You for coming back to my blog today :). I made a few cards the other day and I am very excited to be sharing them with you!! 

I am just starting to really get my son on a sleeping schedule and man is it hard. He still sleeps a good amount of the time so timing those naps and feedings perfect can be challenging some days. He is already down for bed which is why I can be typing this. I made this card with the My Creative Time Challenge in mind. I am entering this card into her Throwback Thursday Challenge.

Happy Anniversary

I made this card for my Fiance' for our Anniversary. Our Anniversary is actually today and we have been together for 9 years. This one is extra special for us, it will be our last one just the two of us. I am 6 Months pregnant right now, so have a lot to look forward to.

My Creative Time Throwback Thursday

Alright!!! I am so excited that I actually got my card finished. I have had it all layed out on my gypsy but haven't cut it out since I have been gone all weekend. 

The Challenge over at My Creative Time is to use a Retired Cartridge for your project. I liked this challenge. I surprisingly have a lot of the retired cartridges and it got me using some I don't use often enough. 

I decided to use Joys Of The Seasons for my card today. I thought it would be a good time to start on my holiday cards so that I am not behind this year. 

Recipe:

Card is 4 1/4 x 5 1/2 (paper is from Paper Trey Ink)

Layer is 4 x 5 1/4 (paper is from Christmas Combo Stack from DCWV)

Strip is 4 x 2

Ornament and layers cut @ 4.30

Sheer Ribbon is from JoAnn's

Inked around everything with silver ink

Stamp is one from TPS Christmas
