Happy Birthday Girl

I just made this card for my cousin's birthday the other day. I have been on a roll making cards since last Thursday when I got some friend time (All we do is craft). And now Hubby left again for work to the beach and I am stuck home alone for the week again. I am a little bummed! I do have to say that last week I was an emotional wreck, and I had no idea why. That was the first time since we have lived together that we were apart. He came home this weekend and we got to go to our first Hockey game last night. It was different but really fun! I do not feel like I am in a crafty mood again. I happen to think this happens more on days that I work since I am tired when I get home.

I have also felt really bad cuz I have a puppy here at home that has to stay in the kennel while I am at work and I have been having to stay late at work and then by the time I get home she has been in there for 10-11 hours and it's only 4 hours until I have to go to bed and it all starts over in the morning. I really wish it would stop raining so that I could take my puppy to the dog park. She is really mellow lately but I think it's because she is depressed and her daddy is gone. =( It makes me feel so bad!! She clings to me like static lately.

Ok, enough rambling. Here is the card I made:

Recipe:
9 x 8 Kraft Cardstock folded in half to make a 9 x 4 card
8 3/4 x 3 3/4 Green Mat
2 x 3 3/4 Pink Strip

Stampin Up Whisper White Satin Ribbon
White Sakura Jelly Roll Pen
